Ivan and Chris, along with their friendly and competent staff, have taken excellent and thorough care of my 987 and 944 since I came to them a few years ago. Everyone is an absolute pleasure to talk to, I find myself lingering just to converse on all things car and slowly realize I am keeping them from doing their jobs. I suppose their patience in dealing with lingering customers is as legendary as their expertise and knowledge in dealing with my ever growing list of 944 issues. The passion these guys have for their work is evident the moment you walk into their shop, these are consummate pros operating at their peak.

The guys at IMA are always great to work with. Chris Prack is real personable, and he and his team did a great job fixing the convertible roof in my BMW recently after a mouse secretly living in my car chewed through a hydraulic line, disabling the roof. Chris and IMA got it figured out fast, disassembled the car, fixed the line and got it all back together real quick. The mouse met his demise in their shop accidentally, but is probably living in mouse heaven now chewing on hydraulic lines for all eternity. Thanks Chris and IMA!

I had to wait a few days before my appt, but Chris got my BMW 2 series in at least one week or two before anyone else could. He got my car inside the shop when hail threatened and finished the work in one day and on budget. IMA was the same price as another well-regarded private shop in the area, so I know they're price competitive. I'll come here again.

Car enthusiast and Porsche experts! Period and simple. Ivan and crew know their Porsches and have years of experience servicing, maintaining, and extracting performance out of these vehicles. I came in with a simple issue that I could not diagnose myself. I was worried about the safety of the car and popping I was feeling while driving. Ivan jumped in the car, immediately diagnosed the situation and even found some other concerns that could be address at a later time. Because of the honesty of the shop, no Maitenance was required and the diagnostics was simple and straight forward. I will be returning for my future Porsche needs.

IMA Motorwerkes is THE PLACE for maintenance/repair for your Audi/German manufactured automobile. The personnel are courteous, knowledgeable, competent and most of all VERY honest. They take the time to explain the needed repairs and are also willing to answer all of your questions…kudos to Ivan and Chris. I have used a dealership for years but no more. In a recent maintenance visit at the dealership, they recommended several items that needed attention some of which were legitimate and some that were not. I took my Audi to IMA for a second opinion. IMA took the time to correctly diagnose the issue. For my low coolant level, the repair needed was the simple replacement of a leaking plastic tube from the coolant reservoir not the $2200.00 water pump replacement recommended by the dealership. My rear light warning was on and the repair was simply a bulb replacement in the bumper not an entire light housing replacement the dealership wanted to do at a cost of $800.00. Bottom line…I plan to keep my Audi for years to come and IMA will be my go to place for maintenance and repairs. MC
